Easy setup for events

I used the Singo Game Software for a corporate event. Setup was straightforward and the interface was easy to navigate. The game ran smoothly without any technical issues. Participants enjoyed the themed music rounds. Good experience overall.

Smooth Virtual Singo Hosting

I recently hosted a virtual team-building event using Singo and purchased the Virtual Singo Hosting package. Ordering was simple on their website. The digital bingo cards were easy for participants to access, and the Music Library Integration worked flawlessly with my selected playlist. Delivery was instant since it's all digital. Customer support was helpful when I had a quick question about setting up the Real-time Leaderboards. Everything felt well-designed for a virtual environment. The automated management features saved me a lot of hassle. No complaints, it made for a really fun evening for everyone involved.

Good value for starter pack

As a new event host, I tried the Singo Starter Pack. It included enough to get going without a huge upfront cost. I appreciated the first show free offer; it really helped me gauge if it was right for my small venue. For the features, I felt it was a solid value compared to some competitors I looked at. Definitely worth the purchase to test the waters.

Consistent excellent service

I've been a Singo subscriber for over a year now, running games weekly at my bar. I always get the Music Bingo Subscription and it's been consistently reliable. This recent renewal was just as smooth as the first time, and the Automated Game Management keeps things running perfectly. They've maintained their quality, which is why I keep coming back for my venue's entertainment.

Pretty good for my pub

So I got the Singo Mobile App Access and some Pay Per Show Credits for my pub a couple weeks ago. It was pretty easy to get started, I just downloaded the app and linked it up. The games went well, no real tech issues. My regulars seemed to like it, a nice change from just music. Took me a minute to figure out the Digital Prize Management but it was fine. Yeah, pretty good overall.

Is it easy to get a refund if I try a subscription and it's not working out for my bar? What's their return policy like?

B Ben P. 1 month ago
I haven't personally cancelled, but I know there's no long-term contract for subscriptions, so you should be able to cancel monthly. For a refund, I'd check their terms, usually if it's within a few days of buying, it's possible.

You're not locked into a contract, so you can usually just cancel before the next billing cycle. As for a full refund for a charge already made, that might depend on when you ask. Just gotta read the fine print.

Thinking about getting Singo for my bar, but how does the pay-per-show thing work? Is it better than a subscription if I only wanna do it once a week?

A Amber 1 month ago
From what I understand, pay-per-show is good if your events are super sporadic. If you're planning on a weekly thing, a subscription probably makes more sense in the long run. They usually give you a better deal for commitment.

S Shane 1 month ago
Yeah, if it's weekly, just do the subscription. The pay-per-show credits are more for like, a one-off corporate party or something. You'll end up spending more paying for individual shows if you're consistent.

Can I use Singo for a private virtual event? Like, for a company happy hour over Zoom or something?

J James W. 1 month ago
Totally. They have virtual hosting options. I've seen a few companies use it for team building. Works pretty well over video calls.

Yup, virtual singo is a thing. You can run it remote, no problem.

Are Singo subscriptions monthly only or can I pay yearly? Wondering if there's a discount for an annual commitment.

E Elena R. 1 month ago
You can definitely pay yearly! They almost always give you a pretty good discount for doing the annual billing. I saved a decent chunk by just paying for the year upfront.

R Rachel 1 month ago
Yeah, yearly saves you like 15-20% usually. Worth it if you know you'll use it all year.

Does Singo actually provide the music, or do I have to source all the songs myself for the playlists?

D David 1 month ago
They have a pretty decent music library built in, so you don't have to go digging for every song. You can also upload your own stuff if you have specific tracks you want to use, which is cool for custom themes.

R Ryan 1 month ago
Nah, they got tons of music. It's not just a blank slate, you can pick from their catalog or mix in your own. Makes setting up games way faster.

How do players actually join a Singo game? Do they need to download an app or something complicated?

S Shane 1 month ago
Nah, it's super easy. Players just scan a QR code or go to a link on their phone, and their digital bingo card pops up. No app needed, which is great because people hate downloading new stuff.

B Ben Ito 1 month ago
They just use their browser on their phone. Super simple. I've hosted a few games and literally no one has had an issue joining.

How does Singo compare to Rockstar Bingo? I've heard good things about both, but not sure which to pick.

M Mike J. 1 month ago
I used Rockstar before Singo, and honestly, Singo's interface felt a lot more user-friendly for me. The automated game management is a huge plus. Rockstar was fine, but Singo just streamlined things better.

Singo's music library integration felt more robust to me, and setting up custom playlists was smoother. Rockstar Bingo is okay, but Singo just felt more modern.

Is there a free trial for Singo? I want to test it out before committing to anything.

R Rosa K. 1 month ago
Yep, they usually have a free trial or like, your first game free kinda deal. It lets you get a feel for the software before you drop any cash.

R Ryan 1 month ago
i think so, most places like this do a trial period. I'd check their sign-up page, probably right there.
